| Project: Rear kitchen extension | |||
| We were commissioned to apply and obtain planning permission for a rear extension. We liaised with our architect and the duty planning officers to ensure there would be no problems with the application. We undertook the complete construction of a large single storey kitchen extension, which included digging out foundations, brickwork, roofing, windows and door fittings, plastering tiling, flooring, installing a new kitchen, electrics and plumbing. | |||

| Project: Refurbishment of a Victorian period property | |||
| Complete interior refurbishment of a Victorian house situated on a conservation area, the client wanted to retain many of the Victorian features but also wanted modern living areas. Work involved plastering, painting, building new stair case, restoration work, new kitchen, new flooring tiling, and lighting. | |||
